DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days in mainland France with GLS.

Express Delivery: same day dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm (business days), estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery is free.

Do you deliver everywhere in France and Europe?

Yes, we deliver throughout metropolitan France and to several European countries: Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Andorra, Slovakia, Belgium, Denmark, Germany.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?

Don't panic! If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, take some photos to document its condition (we love selfies, but these are useful 😉). Then, contact our customer service department using this support form . Our team will get back to you within 48 hours so you can enjoy your scooter stress-free.

Should I accept the delivery if my package was damaged during transport?

We recommend that you refuse delivery if there are any visible signs of damage to the package and contact customer service via this customer service form.

PRODUCTS AND RECONDITIONING

How do you select the products to be refurbished?

We collect new (open box returns) and used electric scooters and micromobility equipment. Each product then undergoes a rigorous diagnostic check to verify that it can be repaired and restored to optimal condition before entering our refurbishment process.

Only scooters capable of riding perfectly are offered to you so that you can enjoy uncompromising quality.

What parts are replaced during the reconditioning process?

At Fixwheel, we've identified over 1,000 parts covering all models on the market, with a precise evaluation scale for each one. All worn or defective parts, whether mechanical or electronic, are systematically replaced. Each component is individually tested and changed as soon as it exceeds our internal wear criteria to guarantee you a reliable, durable scooter that's ready to ride like new, without any unpleasant surprises on the road!

Are the batteries systematically changed?

If the battery meets our strict criteria for capacity, cycles, and safety, it is kept. Otherwise, it is replaced with a tested and reliable battery, so you can drive with complete peace of mind and enjoy optimal performance on every journey.

How can I know the true condition of the scooter I'm buying?

The actual condition of each scooter is associated with its grade: Fair, Very Good, or Excellent (Premium). Each model undergoes more than 70 checkpoints (electronic, mechanical, and aesthetic) to guarantee performance and reliability comparable to that of a new model.

What does the grade of a refurbished scooter mean?

The grade primarily reflects the aesthetic appearance of the scooter: Fair, Very good or Excellent (Premium).

- Fair condition: May show visible signs of use (scratches, small dents), but no impact on performance or safety.

👍 The smart, economical and sustainable choice.

- Very good condition: Some light signs of use (discreet micro-scratches), often invisible at first glance.

👏 The ideal choice between affordable price and sleek aesthetics.

- Excellent condition: Like new, no noticeable wear.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

What is the duration of the FixWheel warranty?

All our refurbished scooters come with a 6 to 12 month warranty from the date of receipt.

What does the warranty cover?

The Fixwheel warranty covers electronic components as well as breakdowns or malfunctions related to an electronic defect (excluding misuse).

What is not covered by the warranty?

Oh dear! These are touchy subjects 😅

The warranty does not cover everything resulting from misuse. Here is a non-exhaustive list of malfunctions not covered by the warranty:

  • Mechanical breakdowns;
  • The cables were cut;
  • Wear parts;
  • Damage caused by humidity (unfortunately, electric scooters aren't submarines yet 🛶)

What should I do if my scooter has a problem and is still under warranty?

If your scooter has a problem and is still under warranty, fill out our customer service form (insert link). Our experts will analyze your request within 48 hours to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.

If so, you will receive all the instructions for returning your scooter to us. Once received, we will take care of the necessary repairs so that you can get your scooter back in perfect working order, ready to ride.

How does a return or exchange work?

If you change your mind, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your scooter to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To make a return or exchange, please fill out our customer service form (insert link). You will receive a response within 48 hours to arrange the return and choose the solution that suits you best: a full refund or an exchange.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are shared according to the type of return:

  • From your home to the FixWheel warehouse: the costs are borne by the customer.
  • From the FixWheel warehouse to your home: if the breakdown is covered by the warranty, the costs are covered by FixWheel and in case of exchange.

TRADE-IN OF YOUR SCOOTER

Will you take back my scooter?

Yes! Fixwheel offers a scooter trade-in service, whether your model is recent or a bit older. Whether you want to change models, sell your scooter, or take advantage of an eco-friendly option, we'll guide you through the process.

How does the recovery process work?

If you want to resell your scooter:

  1. Fill out our trade-in form .
  2. Our team will analyze your request and assess the condition of your scooter to offer you a fair price.
  3. Once accepted, you will receive all the instructions to return your scooter to us.
  4. After receipt and verification, we will proceed with payment by bank transfer or voucher, according to your choice.
What criteria are there for resuming operations?

All functional scooters can be taken back. The offer will depend on:

  • The overall condition of your scooter (mechanical and aesthetic)
  • The model and age of the device
  • Included accessories
