The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions. Any malfunction resulting from an accident, obvious impact, or improper or illegal use of the product will not be covered by the warranty.

Items not covered by the warranty:

  • Wear parts such as brake pads and tires.
  • Any product whose original hardware or software configuration has been modified (unlocking, electrical or mechanical modifications, etc.).
  • Exposure to a manifestly excessive amount of water /moisture, in view of the product's moisture protection specifications (check the water protection rating of your EPDM).
  • In the event of battery failure , and if its analysis (BMS) indicates storage of more than 1 month without recharging, we reserve the right to cancel the battery warranty.
  • The warranty is not transferable in the event of resale of the product or transfer for consideration or otherwise.

Return conditions:

To ensure the quality of after-sales service, we recommend that you keep the packaging carton, the packing materials, your accessories and your invoice.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to the after-sales service.
  • Products must be returned to us in a cardboard box , protected by bubble wrap. Any damage during transport due to insufficient protection will be charged to the customer.
  • After diagnosis, if the fault is covered by the warranty, then the return of the product to the customer is covered by FixWheel , in addition to the repair costs.
  • In the event of a breakdown not covered by the warranty , FixWheel will provide a repair estimate on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer at €50 (including VAT), in addition to the repair costs.
